The press service of the headquarters of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Volgograd region confirmed the arrest of funds in the accounts of athlete Elena Isinbayeva due to debts at the summer cottage. Details are provided by RIA Novosti.
We are talking about the amount of 55.4 thousand rubles, which the bailiffs intend to recover from Isinbayeva, who has been living in Spain for the last years.
"The money held in the debtor's bank accounts has been seized," the head office said.
If Isinbayeva does not repay the debt voluntarily, bailiffs will forcibly withdraw money from her accounts in Russia.
The plaintiff with a claim for repayment of the debt is the SNT in Volgograd region, to the board of which the athlete owed money. 32 thousand rubles is a debt for the use of the common property of the partnership in 2024-2025, and the remaining 20.5 thousand rubles are penalties for delay.
