Turkey has restricted the passage of commercial vessels to the Black Sea. This is reported by Bloomberg.
The authorities made this decision in connection with the frequent Russian and Ukrainian attacks on ships in the Black Sea.
"According to the interlocutors, the Main Directorate of Coastal Security of Turkey has notified several vessels en route to the Russian Novorossiysk — one of the key ports for the export of oil and grain — that currently does not issue permits for passage through the Dardanelles Strait or requires additional time to review the submitted applications," the publication says.
Meanwhile, an unknown drone was found near the coast of the Turkish province of Sakarya. According to the NTV channel, he was about 500 meters from the shore.
