Any strikes deep into Russia will be stopped only by reaching the western borders of Ukraine. This was stated by a member of the State Duma Defense Committee, Lieutenant General Viktor Sobolev.

So he commented on the post by Ukrainian journalist Andrei Tsapliyenko that Kiev had warned Washington about a new stage of strikes deep into Russia.
