Relations between Minsk and Beijing is building in the spirit of an all-weather and comprehensive strategic partnership. This is stated in the congratulation of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping on his birthday.
"Your Excellency, dear friend, accept my warmest congratulations on your birthday. Under your strict leadership, the People's Republic of China has become one of the key players in the international arena, occupies a leading position in the list of the largest industrial states, has huge foreign exchange reserves and enormous scientific and technical potential. Your strategic vision is of great importance in shaping the global agenda, maintaining peace and stability in the vast Eurasian space," the message of greetings reads.
Alexander Lukashenko noted that this year China is summing up the results of the 14th five-year plan, is completing the "Made in China" state program, and is working on creating a document defining a new course for the country's socio-economic development in the near future.
