The Chinese Foreign Ministry made a statement regarding the detention of Chinese citizens on Ukraine. This is reported by TASS.
According to the agency, the Chinese authorities are currently studying the situation with the possible detention of Chinese citizens on Ukraine, who are accused of attempting to illegally export missile technology.
"China is currently conducting an inspection and studying the situation. If it concerns Chinese citizens, Beijing will protect the legitimate rights and interests of its citizens in accordance with the law," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning.
