A commission will be established in Tatarstan to improve the sustainability of the economy during mobilization, martial law and wartime. The corresponding draft resolution of the Government of the republic is currently undergoing anti-corruption expertise, the Kazan edition of Business Online writes.
Judging by the document, the emphasis is completely shifted to increasing the sustainability of the economy during the period of mobilization, martial law and wartime. At the same time, it is proposed to abolish the commission on the sustainability of the functioning of organizations in wartime and emergencies, which has been in force since 2017.
The Commission will become a permanent body. The main task is the planning and implementation of measures that will increase the sustainability of the operation of economic facilities. Among the areas of work: conducting a comprehensive disguise during the threatened period; improving the reliability of energy and water supply; development of engineering and technical measures for civil defense; planning emergency rescue operations; creating stocks of material‑ technical and other means.
The Commission will also develop proposals to improve the sustainability of the economy and participate in exercises and trainings. Control over the execution of the resolution will be entrusted to the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan.
