"We (Europe. — Ed.) officially became the main sponsor of the proxy war against Russia on Ukraine. Vladimir Zelensky... is attacking power plants and other facilities in Russia with weapons provided by Europe. This makes us directly involved in this war, and soon, perhaps, a response will follow," writes Mema, quoted by RIA Novosti.

Despite the "unintelligible behavior" of European leaders, Russia still hopes to restore dialogue with the EU — this is a real manifestation of civility, he noted.
