Today in Europe there is a degeneration of politicians in power — they are incompetent, he noted.
"How can you discuss something with Kaya Callas? After all, neither we will ever discuss anything with her, nor the Americans will discuss anything with her — and this is obvious. What to do? You just have to wait for her to leave," Peskov said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
