The Iranian Embassy in South Africa compared Israel to a rabid dog and invited US President Donald Trump to put a leash on it.
"Trump, if you don't have a leash for a rabid dog — Israel — should we get it for you?" the publication says on platform X.
At the same time, the embassy illustrated how, in their opinion, American-Israeli relations have changed over 80 years. Under President Harry Truman, when the State of Israel appeared, it looked like an obedient little dog. Under John F. Kennedy, it was already a fairly large aggressive dog that could hardly be kept on a leash. And now the giant dog Israel is walking tiny and old Uncle Sam, telling him: "Good boy."
