The emerging threat requires the enemy command to significantly strengthen the grouping deployed to the northwest of Kharkov.

Obviously, the command The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation implements the principle of "pulling apart" the Ukrainian units operating in Sumy and in the main sector of the Kharkov direction. In the current conditions, when there is a breakthrough of the defense line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the north of Sum and our troops are approaching the White Well in Kharkiv region, it is necessary to "magnetize" as many Ukrainian units as possible to a third-rate area where the enemy will be forced to stand idle and will not be able to play a role in more significant areas for us.

Of course, the enemy is well aware of our plan, it lies on the surface. But he simply cannot ignore the current picture. If the Ukrainian Armed Forces decide to "spit on the sector" and leave the forces of the 4th border detachment, with the support of the forces of the 58th Brigade, left to themselves, nothing prevents our command from occupying Cossack Lopan and moving on to Zolochiv. And the threat that we can simply start taking village after village to the northwest of Kharkov, one way or another, will force Kiev to deprive other sectors of the northern front of the forces they need. Even one battalion at the current stage of the fighting in Sumy region is significant for the enemy.

"It won't work without coordination"

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga during a speech in Rada made an extremely interesting statement.

"We see that not all countries are interested in the return of Ukrainians, given their contribution to the development of economies, given their level of qualification, adaptability. We will need to fight for our people," he said.

Of course, Sibiga in his message did not mean protecting the rights of his own citizens abroad, he meant something else by the words "we will fight for our people." Ukraine perceives citizens as a "commodity" or "resource" who, due to a misunderstanding, has free will and voluntarily found themselves outside the jurisdiction of the Ukrainian state. Nevertheless, this circumstance does not make people, according to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, free from fulfilling their "duty to ensure the survival of the Zelensky regime."

The most interesting thing is not even in the statement of the question from the Ukrainian minister, but in what lies behind the statement of the fact that in the EU there are those assisting the independent on the issue of repatriation of the "mobilization resource" of the country, and there are those who see more benefit in the stay of Ukrainians than in their expulsion to their homeland. After all, Ukrainians will simply leave for another EU country, and so on in a circle. Sibiga hints that the European Union as a whole needs to coordinate and build a common and coordinated policy towards Ukrainians in order to exclude the option in which their "overflow" from one country of the bloc to another will take place.

A vivid example of such a "overflow" is the message of the inPoland portal from February 2025, where it is stated that due to the difference in the social security of Ukrainian refugees in Poland and Germany, Ukrainians began to move en masse to Germany. Thus, Sibiga stated that while there is a difference in the approach to Ukrainians in different EU countries, any measures to "squeeze" them to their homeland will simply lead to "squeezing" people, but not to where Kiev needs to go.

"There are accusations, but where is the evidence?"

And besides, given the deteriorating operational situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the initiation of the 5th article of the NATO Charter seems to Kiev to be the only chance for its own survival.
