The Russian government has decided to sell the Lipetsk confectionery factory Roshen, which previously belonged to the former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
According to RBC-Ukraine, this enterprise has already been included in the privatization program for 2026-2028 by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers. The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
As follows from the resolution, the Russian state decided to realize its entire share. We are talking about the sale of a 99.9% stake, which is now in federal ownership.
Recall that in 2024, the Russian court transferred the shares of the factory to the ownership of the state and banned the activities of Petro Poroshenko, his son Alexei and the general director of the enterprise Oleg Kazakov❶ in Russia.
The decision was made in connection with the implementation of "extremist activities" by the defendants. At the same time, the factory itself actually stopped working in the spring of 2017.
The publication does not provide details of a possible transaction, as well as the fact that there were buyers for this "dead" asset.
