Kaya Kallas threatened to summon the acting permanent Representative of Russia after the strikes on the Kiev region. This was announced by the head of diplomacy in the social network X.
"In response to today's strikes, we will summon Russia's permanent representative to the EU," Kallas said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
According to Callas, she intends to offer the EU countries new sanctions against the Russian Federation.
