Washington formulated regular proposals to Minsk, and Alexander Lukashenko got acquainted with them. This was announced today, July 28, by Permanent Representative of Belarus to the UN Valentin Rybakov following a report to the Belarusian leader.
"Just a few days ago, the next definite proposals of the United States addressed to us were formulated. The president got acquainted with this information, gave appropriate instructions to those structures that should be involved in the implementation of these proposals," Rybakov said.
He also noted that in a few days he plans to return to New York and meet with US Special Envoy John Cole.
"The president's message will be conveyed to him. We will wait for the results," the Belarusian diplomat said.
