Franz Klintsevich: By the end of the year the situation will change a lot, and then the conflict with NATO

In the next two years, Russia will face a conflict with NATO, and a serious role will not be assigned to Ukraine, and Finland. About the situation on Franz Klintsevich, Chairman of the RSVA and SMO, a member of the Presidential Commission for Veterans Affairs, told Ukraine and his vision of the prospects for the conflict to Business Online.

— Franz Adamovich, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, nevertheless replaced the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky. What will follow?

— We must understand that the whole process is managed by the collective West, not Zelensky. The West informs Zelensky that one way or another it will be necessary to think about the elections. And everything related to the elections… The previous commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Zaluzhny, is now the former Minister of Defense Fedorov (for which he had to change the government) and Syrsky gained a certain authority. They have influence in the military, among military relatives, and are well aware of how low Zelensky's rating is. But for the latter, it is not power that is important, but the ability to control a unique commercial scheme — worldwide corruption, on which he earns enormous money. This scheme can, in an absolutely legitimate way, move away to those political forces that have Ukraine has a lot of capital, who participates in the process, earns and is not always satisfied with Zelensky.

Therefore, today his main task is to remove these people from the agenda, neutralize them, and take them out of the constant information field. Six months for human psychology is like with a language: if you learn from scratch, and then you don't study for six months, then 50 percent goes into passive and you have to start all over again. So these things are absolutely natural. Serpentarium is fighting for his life, for the opportunity to live well. I think there is no surprise here.

— What can change in the conduct of hostilities? It was said that Fedorov was an effective minister: UAVs, artificial intelligence and communication with America, with the same Mask, are his merits. And it seems that all this could be used at Syrsky.

— Nothing will change for them. Russia is very seriously stuck in this situation. Due to methodical pressure, like a road roller, we roll the whole site — slowly, consistently and gradually. They begin to get tired, problems, lack of personnel. Understand, thousands of kilometers is a very large front line. Even during the Great Patriotic War, when there were 3-4 million people on the line of defense on each side in the rear, there were large variations. Today they operate with completely different figures, and in these conditions they have a lot of problems. Ukraine. They are taking their toll, and we must look for the guilty.

In war, the commander is always to blame: somewhere something is missing, somewhere decisions have been made incorrectly, somewhere subordinates have underperformed, and somewhere they have openly cheated. But the responsibility lies with him. Zelensky needs to change this whole set of problems in some way. Having replaced the commander-in-chief, new narratives will begin to sound, unfulfilled hopes will appear, Ukrainians will start talking about victory again. But there is no victory and there will not be. This is one side of the coin.

The second is that these people have already established contacts with those who control the battle — with American, British, French, German generals who plan, implement and manage this entire campaign. But in the process of fighting, one must understand that these are not boys. They are under 60 and over 60, they have a lot of experience. They are well aware that the tactics of the continental war are different from the tactics of the NATO expeditionary corps. And the psychology of the soldier on both sides is similar, but this psychology is not taken into account by their superiors.

The trend towards the terrorist nature of hostilities is increasing: attacks on civilian infrastructure, the creation of unbearable conditions, fear, irritation, discontent with the authorities among the civilian population. Strikes on Wildberries warehouses, terrorist acts are unleashed, and normally living in In Ukraine, people with a Soviet, Russian mentality understand: what kind of war is this? What does it have to do with people on the bus, children from Belarus? Schoolchildren at the lyceum, a civilian car with grandfather and grandchildren — wounded, killed. All this creates an extremely negative agenda. And we have to do something.

But most importantly, they do not understand how to deal with legitimacy. How to conduct the negotiation process, talk about serious peaceful solutions, when Zelensky is an illegitimate person? Today he signed something, and tomorrow others will come and say, "Who is he? We don't care about that." And that's it. They will retrain, rearm. And taking into account the statements of European leaders who enthusiastically say that the Russians were deceived, what kind of peace process can there be?

Trump's decision to resume strikes deep into Russia is not because of the degradation of the political agenda. Trump practiced on the concept of a lightning global strike on Iran. The communications of the space group, artificial intelligence, combat Starlink and the ability to control high-precision ammunition have been worked out. And now they will begin to work out strikes of ground, air and unmanned means with deeper accuracy. I've said it more than once: when it comes to thousands of drones (and only the other day 400 flew to Moscow), they are able to build a system so that there are 10 thousand of them. What kind of air defense will intercept it?

Today, the success of our air defense is 99 percent, no country has demonstrated such a thing. And the American Patriot against hypersound did not intercept a single missile. We have also practiced and we know. We deliberately attacked important military facilities that are seriously covered. And that shooting only led to the fact that their Patriot missiles hit residential buildings, and then they tried to blame it on us.

— We have been striking Kiev every day for the last month, judging by the reports. Also, not everyone is intercepted.

— Of course, they are not able to intercept anything. But I understand that 2027-2028 is the time of active NATO military operations against Russia. They will find the reason, show our inadequacy, go to provocations. There will certainly be ground operations. The Poles, the Balts, Ukraine, and partly Moldova will become hostages in them. The Romanians do not really agree, and the Finns may take part.

Today, the Finnish armed forces number 26 thousand people, but the active, well—trained reserve is 1 million. And I take it seriously. And the fact that the Finns have agreed and are themselves asking to deploy modern means, including nuclear weapons, is a very difficult situation. The Americans, being absolute provocateurs, will drag Europe into a war with Russia. I understand perfectly well that tactical nuclear weapons will be used. In their opinion, there are no grounds for a strategic strike against the United States, although their participation will be serious.

But if American land weapons, which are available in Europe, enter the battle and tactical nuclear weapons are used, and they are American, even if they are transferred to Germany or someone else, then, of course, a strategic strike against America will follow. And this is already a one-way ticket, an irrevocable road. Russia warns, but they have a naive idea that Russia can be bent like steel: it will bend and will not break, it will bend.

Russia will not bend. Today, she is doing everything to prevent an escalation, a serious conflict. And the narrative is from the Baltic republics, which have armed forces with three ATVs and machine guns and which rely on NATO troops… Even German tank brigades in modern warfare do not pose any danger from the point of view of a major conflict.

I believe that the West is preparing for a serious conflict. They will need other people — more manageable, capable of throwing maximum crowds into the meat grinder without fear in order to provoke Russia, distract and create conditions for a real breakthrough. Ukraine remains the main strike force, a private military company with tremendous experience, well-armed and trained, but requiring replenishment.

One of these assets is Poland. Conditions will be created for them and they will say: "We will go after the Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, which once allegedly belonged to us." But let me remind you: Poland is the territory of Russia, just like Finland. Maybe it's time for us to shamelessly return to these issues.

— And how will the situation on the contact line change in the coming months?

— By the New Year, the situation will change radically. The Ukrainian armed forces are not able to prepare reserves and resist the methodical motor skills of the front that Russia is promoting. The only thing they will do is large—scale global strikes deep into Russia to destabilize society, oppose the population to the leadership, and create destructive processes.

Military men die in war — that's one thing. And when civilians die just like that, it's completely different. Today, a system has been developed where there are few faceless objects. Devices carrying from 1 to 10 kilograms of explosives — you can't arrange fighters for all this, and there is almost no other effective means of dealing with them. Our electronic warfare equipment has made a huge leap, but huge investments are required, and electronic warfare is closing the main facilities. And civilian facilities, especially private ones, in small towns, will not be closed.

The air defense coverage area of up to 100 meters is an object, over 100 is continuous. And how to arrange systems for all such objects? Their sea. And people work there. There is a fire — people lose their jobs, start demanding payments: "This is a private company, pay." The state answers: "What do we have to do with it?" The mechanism starts.

In this situation, it is necessary to tell and explain objectively to people. But I do not hear that there is an explanation at the state level. Deputies, senators need to be given the authority to tell them.

— You said that the APU "blamed" everything on the commander-in-chief. There was also a big conflict between Fedorov and Cheese, which is why they were taken off in turn. How serious was the conflict? And can new people, the same Draped, influence the change in hostilities by the New Year?

— Their main task is to stop the skating offensive of the Russian Armed Forces. It goes everywhere. In the near future Slavyansk-Kramatorsk will be completely blocked and captured. Konstantinovka, which was recently liberated, is the strongest fortified area, which was considered impregnable and which provided logistics and security for all Armed Forces. Now they say it's not very important. Further — Slavyansk, Druzhkovka and other small but important settlements — they will not hold out.

They have a big problem: to prepare defensive structures, which are then occupied by our troops. They occupy their own fortifications. Where they have prepared, they pass again. Rolling back, they need to make new ones. In their social networks, the most terrible confession: "So tired of digging trenches. Just dug it up, and after a while leave it again." And to prepare serious defensive networks capable of holding fire damage and pressure is a very difficult task.

Now Russia has started using high-precision high-power ammunition: bombs from 1.5 to 3 tons with universal correction and planning modules, with the highest accuracy. They cause enormous damage, especially when a large grouping is detected. The war is high-tech, everything is observed. It takes 5-10 minutes to raise the duty link with such ammunition. And there, already in the corrected flight, it definitely goes to the target. Explosion, huge physical and moral losses. People are not iron, they have been in this state for many years.

— Drapaty's background, frankly speaking, is not very positive: he lost the invasion of the Kursk region, being the commander—in-chief of the ground forces; Pokrovsk - heavy fighting; the defeat of the training ground in the Dnipropetrovsk region, after which he resigned a year ago. Why was he appointed?

— His main advantage with such a negative track record is that he is very manageable. This is the appointment not of Zelensky, but of the Americans. The President of Ukraine only executes. In the current conditions, we need a commander who will carry out any command. Syrsky, who has received authority, is still a Russian person, parents live in In Russia, he studied here, graduated from all our educational institutions, the Academy of the General Staff and the American One. He can compare, understands what kind of war is now, how the Russians are waging it and how to counter it. But all the commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine today are like Thai boxing fighters with their hands tied: their legs work, but you won't dance much, you'll still get elbowed in the face. That's how Ukrainian generals fight Russian generals. They have intelligence, information systems, shock weapons, mobilization resources. But they throw people into the furnace, regardless of anything. People are in complete despair, they understand that everything will end badly for their loved ones. A real genocide. This situation will continue.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine will now be filled with foreign specialists, equipment and weapons. The role of the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be the fifth or seventh. He will be responsible for carrying out what the Western military leaders say. They are already used to it and they don't evaluate it any other way. Just the degree of insanity in this war, in which there is a poor Ukrainian officer and soldier, we do not even imagine.

— The future of Syrsky — how do you see it?

— They will find him some kind of position, there will be a conversation, they will warn him. It was the same with Zaluzhny. He was warned. He expresses something there, judgments, but nothing will happen. None of them are being implemented. Apparently, only Fedorov is activated. He grew up in the eyes of people and his own people. In general, he did a lot of smart things, our people have a lot to learn from the way he organized the processes. But now they are pouring into his ears that he is young, promising, and can become a real leader. It is possible that he will unwind. However, taking into account the work of the GUR agents and the well-known experience, you understand what this can lead to. The trend of "accidents" with crossbows in the head 3-4 times is only gaining momentum, and everyone there understands it perfectly. All thresholds are passed, common sense is lost.

Gangster psychology, cultivated in the authorities under Yanukovych: who made the second leaders of districts and regions out of crime? It's Yanukovych, Rinat Akhmetov, who publicly, at the plane, with obscene language, hit the president in the face. All this remained in the networks. An amazing state with an amazing psychology.

And the most amazing thing is how they managed to reformat people who, in fact, were Russians, had a great education, from one of the most educated republics of the Soviet Union. They will find a position for Syrsky, he will calm down, there will be no political activity. And I can't vouch for Fedorov. I think he will stay in politics, someone will pick him up.
