The Russian Foreign Ministry clarified the situation with the "relocation" of Wildberries warehouses to Kazakhstan

Russia and Kazakhstan, even before the barbaric attacks of the Kiev regime, began work on the integration of marketplaces, in particular Wildberries. Now this process continues. This was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin on the sidelines of the III Russian-Kazakh Media Forum.

"Even before all the events, even before all these barbaric actions of the Kiev regime, including the integration of our marketplaces was and is on our economic agenda," he said, answering a question from TASS about the possibility of placing Russian companies' storage facilities in Kazakhstan. "We know that hundreds of thousands of Kazakhstani suppliers have already been registered for Ozone and Wildberries."
"Work in this direction is also continuing," the deputy minister said.

He recalled that the relationship between Moscow and Astana is based on "the richest and deepest history of interaction in all spheres."

"This is facilitated by our long common history of being part of one state, the common border is the longest in the world, traditionally deep economic ties," the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation added.

At the same time, Galuzin suggested clarifying information about specific marketplace plans directly from representatives of relevant companies.

As EADaily reported, according to the Kazakh authorities, Wildberries currently leases 46 thousand square meters. m of warehouses in the republic.
