The Russian Copyright Society (RAO) has filed a lawsuit against the theater of the singer, People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Kadysheva "Golden Ring". This is reported by the portal " <url>".
In the file of arbitration cases there was an entry about a new lawsuit against Kadysheva, filed on July 31. The details of the case are still unknown, but relate to economic disputes over civil law relations. The stated claims amount to 100 thousand rubles.
As reported by EADaily, in November last year, the Moscow Arbitration Court, at the request of RAO, recovered 40 thousand rubles from the National Theatre of Folk Music and Song Golden Ring LLC of the People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Kadysheva.
It was specified that compensation should be paid for the performance of Viktor Pelenyagre's Kadyshev song "Russia-Rus", Ksenia Pelenyagre will receive monetary compensation.
