Alexander Vucic does not see a quick way to end the war in Ukraine, and the winter will be difficult. The Serbian president stated this at a joint press conference in Belgrade with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
"As a responsible person, I cannot make any serious assessments or assume something about whether the war will end soon or not so soon. There is no doubt that the entire international community, together with Serbia and our people, would like to see the end of this war as soon as possible. But if you ask me, as a political veteran, I can tell you that I am not sure about this," Vucic said, quoted by "Время.иа ".
The Serbian leader is very afraid that "we will have another difficult winter" — not only for Ukrainians, although first of all for them, but also for the whole world.
"But on the other hand, I hope — but this is just a hope, without any real facts to support these hopes - that this will end tomorrow. But I don't see any way this could happen," he added.
As EADaily reported, former press secretary of Vladimir Zelensky, Yulia Mendel, said that the winter would be hard and the population of Ukraine was doomed. She stated this in the social network X.
