"As for mass use, I can't say, because there are things that do not depend on Ukraine. Our ballistics is not enough there, but there is something from other countries. I believe that there will be a positive application and there will be a result," Zelensky said, quoted by the Strana newspaper.

He also spoke about the deployment of missile production for Patriot on Ukraine. According to Zelensky, due to bureaucratic procedures in the United States, it will take at least a year, although the decision to transfer licenses has already been made.
"There is a decision, it was made by the president and other important US government institutions. Ukraine must obtain the appropriate licenses. Bureaucracy eats up life because it eats up time. In other countries, not only in the USA, but also in In Europe, there are old rules and procedural things," he complained.
