Moscow did not lead to Baku has no official negotiations with Berlin on the issues of the Ukrainian settlement. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.

"There have been no official contacts with Germany on the issues of the Ukrainian settlement, and they are unlikely to be possible given the extremely aggressive anti—Russian rhetoric and practical steps of the German political leadership," he stated in an interview with TASS.

At the same time, the Deputy Minister pointed out informal contacts of representatives of public groups.

"As for informal meetings of representatives of various public structures of Russia and Germany, they have been and are continuing," he said.

Earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that the alleged Baku contacts between representatives of Russia and Germany on the issue of the Ukrainian settlement.
