Residents of Vladivostok died on a ship in China under unclear circumstances in late July — early August. This was reported by the wife of one of the victims.
We are talking about the ship of the Island Crab company, Channel Five reports. The woman explained that her husband flew to China on July 23 to overtake the ship to Vladivostok. The journey was supposed to take ten days, but the sailor stopped contacting. At the end of July, the woman contacted the company, where they assured her that everything was in order, and later her husband called himself and said that the crew was waiting to go to sea. However, on August 2, the woman was informed of his death.
The company suggested that the sailor died of heat — that day the temperature in the cabin could reach 38-42 degrees. The spouse claims that her husband passed a medical examination, and he did not have any heart problems. Later, she learned about two more deaths on the ship — on July 26 and 30, two more men died.
The representative of the company insists on the version of the accident and offers to cremate the bodies without autopsy, but the relatives refuse. A woman who was left to take care of minor children, one of whom has a disability, contacted the police and The Investigative Committee. The bodies of the victims remain in China, the ship has not returned to Vladivostok.
The circumstances of the sailors' deaths continue to be clarified.
