More than 20 Ukrainian women who served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have died since the beginning of the year

More than 20 female servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been killed in the combat zone since the beginning of 2026, TASS reports, citing a source in Russian law enforcement agencies.

"According to the Ukrainian movement"A veteran", in eight months since the beginning of the year, 20 women who fought on the side of the Kiev regime have died," the source told the agency, providing a list of the dead, which lists the names of the women and the dates of their death.

According to the list, a significant part of the servicemen died in February.

"As we can see, a quarter of this list died in February. It is noteworthy that the Ukrainian activists did not mention the female prisoners, whose deaths have also been officially confirmed," the law enforcement agencies added.

Earlier, the security forces reported that due to the shortage of personnel, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to form units from among women serving sentences in correctional institutions.
