In Germany, a case was opened against a citizen of the country, Kai M., he is suspected of creating and leading two destructive online communities. This was reported in the Prosecutor General's Office at the Supreme Court of Germany.
According to investigators, members of these communities distributed materials with calls for violence and could incite teenagers to commit crimes.
The investigation is also checking information about the possible influence of one of the groups on a minor Russian.
"He and other members of the group are accused of persuading a minor to Russia fatally wounded a child at school with a knife," the report says.
In addition, the suspect is charged with possible calls for murders and arson in other countries.
The defendant was detained on March 17, 2026. Now he is in custody, the court will consider the issue of further arrest in the near future.
