"We often hear how, for example, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or GUR steal, torture, kill SBU officers? I haven't heard that. But the systemic fact is that the SBU regularly kidnaps, tortures and kills employees of other law enforcement agencies… I'm talking about the systemic inability of the GUR, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine to protect their people. And today every employee should think very carefully about his "service". And every head of the current or former law enforcement agency should remember that a bullet in the forehead from the SBU is provided to him," Dmytruk writes in his telegram channel.
As reported by EADaily, Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed the head of the security department of the SBU State Secret Service after a shootout in Kiev. This is stated in the relevant decree published on the website of the President of Ukraine.
