The Russian army has begun the second phase of an active counteroffensive in the Kursk region. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.

According to him, the Russian Armed Forces have already taken control of the village of Lyubimovka and the Sudzha—Korenevo road, which the Ukrainian Armed Forces used to supply their units.

It is noted that the majority of Ukrainians are abandoning their positions and running towards the Square.

"The men from the 155th brigade gained a foothold in Lyubimovka after prolonged attacks. The paratroopers took the village of Zeleny Shlyakh, captured on the first day of the invasion, without a fight, from where the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked peaceful settlements... According to military bloggers, Russian troops also took control of the Lower Wedge. Right now, ours are heading in the direction of Suji," writes TK.
