Ukraine has enough people in reserve who know how to handle weapons. This was stated on the air of Radio Liberty ❶❷ — Ukraine by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yaroslav Rudyk.
"We have a lot of people in reserve who know how to handle weapons, but for some reason they don't touch them," Rudyk said.
The colonel explained that he was referring to former servicemen who retired at the age of 40-45, as well as employees of the State Security Service, who could be involved in the service.
