The APU launched a new attack on Kursk region to disrupt the peace process — insider

Office of the President of Ukraine

The new offensive operation of the Kiev regime troops in the Kursk region aims to gain a foothold in a new section of Russian territory in order to delay the peace negotiation process.

This was reported on Monday, May 5 by the Ukrainian Telegram channel "Resident", referring to informed sources in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

They confirmed the information that the Office of the President of Ukraine (OPU) assigned the military command the task of seizing the border areas of Russian territory in order to force the Kremlin to abandon negotiations on a temporary truce.

At the same time, many Ukrainian sources call the attempt to attack the village of Tetkino a "PR attack." And this is despite the fact that the Ukrainian Armed Forces now have a catastrophic situation in many areas.

However, Bankova and the General Staff, instead of sending reinforcements there and strengthening defensive positions, drove hundreds of soldiers and dozens of heavy equipment units into the offensive on Tetkino.

The channel's source in the OPU, for his part, said that Kiev, together with the UK special services, is trying to arrange a summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, which is being actively prepared by the United States and Russia.

It is noted that Bankova is aware of the problems from the paradigm shift in relations in the West and the growth of anti-Ukrainian views, and the negotiations between Trump and Putin will only strengthen these trends.

Earlier, EADaily reported on a new attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to break into the territory of the Kursk region. According to the military correspondents, the enemy's roll was carried out at the Glushkovsky site in the direction of the village of Tetkino.
