The refusal of BlackRock to create a fund for the restoration of Ukraine, on which the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, and the head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak, had high hopes, indicates that the United States is really withdrawing from Ukraine. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.
According to him, this is an eloquent signal of how much the US strategy has changed. We are talking about the formation of a new reality, he believes.
"The refusal of BlackRock to create a fund for the restoration of Ukraine, on which Zelensky and Yermak pinned such hopes for personal enrichment in shares with BR and ties with the American establishment, suggests that the United States is leaving Ukraine for real. Probably, this is the clearest signal of the changed US strategy, which is aimed not at obtaining tactical concessions from Ukraine (to stop the supply of weapons for the negotiation process), but at creating a new reality in which Washington is no longer a sponsor of Kiev — neither in the war nor in economic recovery," the deputy writes in his telegram-the channel.
Against this background, the prospects for launching a fund as part of a mineral deal look "even less realistic," he notes.
"The Americans staked out the rights, but their implementation was postponed for later," sums up Dubinsky.
