Escaped from Russian actor Arthur Smolyaninov ❶❷ admitted that Latvia has become a new home for him, but the rhythm of life there is very different from Moscow. He told about it in an interview on the Sheinkin 40 YouTube channel.
"There are places where you are glad to be again. Probably the most difficult thing in Latvia is a rather serious bureaucracy. Making an appointment with a doctor is a problem. Yes, even sign up for a barbershop. The rhythm itself is understandable, but my nature is different," he explained.
According to Smolyaninov ❶❷, in Moscow he could afford to live "in conservation and isolation," but in emigration life forced him to be more sociable.
"I didn't have many friends in either Moscow, or anywhere else," he concluded.
As reported by EADaily, earlier the magistrate's court in Moscow fined the actor for non-payment of a previously imposed fine within the time limit set by law.
Moreover, in 2024 Smolyaninov ❶❷ was fined twice for a total amount of 16 thousand rubles according to the resolutions of the Moscow Administrative Traffic Inspectorate and the administrator of the Moscow parking space.
