The Rada complained that Russia is outbidding the mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

So he commented on the idea of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denis Shmygal about international recruiting.

Parliamentarians, according to the deputy, want first of all to understand what is meant by international recruiting and who is going to be hired as a result.
