The United Nations is concerned about the increased impact of the Ukrainian conflict on the population of Russia, Miroslav Jenca, Assistant Secretary General of the World Organization, said at a meeting of the Security Council.
"The increasing impact of the conflict on the civilian population of Russia is of concern. We reiterate that all such attacks are a violation of international law," he said.
