Employees of the Stolitsa SOBR of the Main Directorate of the Rosgvardiya in the city of Moscow stopped a car with suspects right on the road. Among the detainees was an active participant of the banned in Russia's terrorist organization "Batal-Hadji"❶ Ruslan Kartoev.
"The bastards kidnapped SMO veterans and, according to preliminary data, extorted money not only from fighters, but also from their relatives and disabled people," writes Kotz.
