The producer of the band "Tender May" Andrei Razin is on the interstate wanted list. His card appeared in the search database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
Razin is wanted under the article of the Criminal Code, TASS clarifies. However, according to which article he is wanted, the card does not indicate.
As reported by EADaily, it became known earlier that a criminal case was opened against Razin under part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud). We are talking about fraud on an especially large scale with the funds of the poet who wrote the lyrics to the songs of the group, Sergei Kuznetsov.
According to Asel Mukhtarova-Kazarnovskaya's lawyer, a criminal case has been opened on the fact of embezzlement of funds, which should be the licensed remuneration of the poet Sergei Kuznetsov for the performance of songs. The injured party in the case is the poet's widow.
According to the investigation, Razin for a long time used a fake contract with Kuznetsov to receive money as the copyright holder of musical works.
