The house of the singer Larisa Dolina in Khamovniki attracted attention against the background of a high-profile case, but it can also become ill-fated, says Anna Radjabova, director of the elite real estate management of the Metrium Premium company.
"This incident did not directly affect the liquidity of the facility. Of course, it is possible that a number of potential buyers will no longer want to move to this "ill-fated" house. But others, on the contrary, may become interested in it against the background of media reports. However, most of the customers, in principle, will not make a purchase decision based on an incident that is not at all related to the quality characteristics of the house," the expert quotes TASS.
She clarified that the clubhouse "Kseninsky" is designed for 17 apartments, several of them are on sale.
Earlier, the Balashikha City Court of the Moscow region sentenced four defendants in the case of fraud with the apartment of singer Larisa Dolina to terms ranging from four to seven years in prison.
