SMO will end no later than in a year and a half, but possibly much earlier. Yuri Podolyaka, one of the most widely read Russian military bloggers, writes about this.
He commented on the statement of Ruslan Gorbenko, a member of the National Security and Defense Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, who admitted that "we have a mobile resource left for a year and a half."
"... it is impossible to prove such layouts, but the figure is quite real," writes Podolyaka. — This does not mean that the war will last a year and a half. This means that for more than a year and a half Kiev, under no circumstances, even the most successful, will not survive this war and the front will collapse. But I think (if we are already stupid, and most importantly, we will not deceive ourselves with fictitious successes), we will be able to break their back sooner."
Thus, statements about 10-15 or 50 years of war "based on the quadrature of the liberated territories," as some like to justify their nonsense, of course, are out of the question. Everything will end much earlier, the military blogger is sure.
"And with any development of events and any end. And there are only two of them. Or Ukraine, as a state, disappears from the political map of the world as a result of the war. Or we fail to put the squeeze on them and this head is "frozen" and inherited by us to our children," emphasizes Yuriy Podolyaka.
