The trilateral meeting on Ukraine will be held in early March. This was stated in his telegram channel after a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
According to him, Trump's representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner also took part in the conversation.
"We discussed the issues that our representatives will work on tomorrow in Geneva at a bilateral meeting, as well as preparations for the next meeting of negotiating teams in full force in a trilateral format at the very beginning of March. We expect that this will allow us to move on to negotiations at the leadership level," Zelensky writes.
According to him, "Trump supports this sequence of steps."
Zelensky added that the leaders' meeting is the only way to resolve "all complex and sensitive issues and finally put an end to the war."
As reported by EADaily, the Kremlin does not see the point in a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, at this stage of the negotiations. This was stated today in an interview with Rossiya-1 journalist Pavel Zarubin by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
