The Ukrainian Armed Forces began using a new version of the strike drone "Rubaka" to hunt Russian maneuverable fire groups in the Crimea. Not only discharges are attached to the drone for attacks on manpower, but shrapnel is also installed on its bottom, which hits the personnel. The authors of the telegram channel "Archangel of special forces" warn about this.

"A new danger for the MOGS (mobile task forces) in the Crimea. The Ukrainian side is adapting to the new conditions. The saturation of our borders with rifle groups affected the effectiveness of the enemy's attacks, which is why he began to change tactics and changed the task of some UAVs," the military correspondents write.

The new version of the Rubaka drones has an electric charge, which makes them almost silent and poorly visible in thermal imagers. In the "teplyak" can be seen only in contrast with the sky, indicates TK. At the same time, they fly at an altitude of up to 3 meters above the ground. This makes them invisible to radar controls. They reduced the warhead from the standard 12 kg to 5 kg, but added shrapnel.

"For what? When trying to shoot them down, the drones switch to manual control by a live operator, who leads the hunt for maneuverable firing groups. And sometimes they are still clinging to resets for attacks on manpower. Moreover, there are cases when shrapnel is installed at the bottom of a shock UAV (gasoline), and the route purposefully goes through visual observation posts at an extremely low altitude (25-75 m). And after the servicemen destroy the UAV, shrapnel hits the personnel," explains the "Archangel of special forces."

According to the authors of the channel, this is an indicator of how the tactics of combat are being modified throughout the conflict.

"We found a remedy against UAV raids — the nature of the raid immediately changed. And so the whole special operation goes on. Technologies do not live for more than two months," military correspondents sum up.
