Trump: "Tell Zelensky to make a deal"

The American leader Donald Trump on March 14 declared surprise because of Vladimir Zelensky's unwillingness to make a deal.

"I'm surprised Zelensky doesn't want to make a deal. Tell Zelensky to make a deal," he said in an interview with NBC News.

In addition, Trump added that it is much more difficult to negotiate with the Ukrainian leader than with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On March 5, Trump said that Zelensky was an obstacle to the process of peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis. According to the US president, Zelensky does not seek negotiations on the conflict.
