The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, rejected Marco Rubio's accusations of lying regarding the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbass. This is reported by the publication "Country".

Zelensky actually claims that the US Secretary of State is lying, not him.

"I didn't lie to anyone. I said… As they say, most of the iceberg is not visible. So, believe me, I said the smaller part. I speak absolutely frankly, it can be formulated in different ways," Zelensky said.

According to him, Russia demands the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbass, and the United States is ready to give security guarantees to Kiev only after fulfilling this condition.

"We would like to receive them before the end of the war, but we were told no. I said it would not work," the head of the Kiev regime said.

"Russia will end the war only after the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from the entire territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. This ultimatum sounds, and the American side says: after Russia stops the war, we will give you sanctions (probably a reservation — we are talking about security guarantees. — Ed.), we will not give you sanctions otherwise," he added.
