Representatives of the paramilitary Shiite movement Ansar Allah (Hussites), who are based in Yemen, named the conditions under which they will intervene in the armed conflict on the side of Iran.
The corresponding statement was made by the official representative of the organization, Brigadier General Yahya Saria. His statement is published by the press service of the Yemeni movement.
According to him, the Houthis will support Tehran if other military alliances join the conflict on the side of Israel and the United States. The second condition is strikes on Iran or another Muslim country from the Red Sea.
The third condition will be an escalation in the confrontation with Tehran and members of the Axis of Resistance. The latter refers to Shiite armed groups allied to Iran.
The General stressed the need for an immediate cessation of aggression against Muslim countries in Palestine, Lebanon, Iran and Iraq and ending the unjust blockade of Yemen.
"We will not allow America and Israel to use the Red Sea to conduct hostile operations against Iran and against any Muslim country," Saria promised.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the governing Presidential Council of Yemen is planning a large-scale operation against the ruling Ansar Allah movement (Houthis) in the north if it provides military support to Iran.
