A mansion near Moscow with a plot and a garage, as well as three offices in Moscow, may be lost by a person who has left Russian rapper Alisher Morgenstern❶ (Valeev❶) in the event that he does not pay a fine of 7 million rubles. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.
As part of the criminal case under the article on non-fulfillment of duties of a foreign agent, Morgenstern's property❶ was arrested.
The publication claims that the estimated value of the specified property of the rapper is about 74 million rubles.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Morgenstern ❶ was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (evasion of duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on foreign agents).
During the year, Morgenstern❶ was twice brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2, 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent). At the same time, he continued to publish materials on social networks without marking a foreign agent.
The court sentenced him to a fine of 7 million rubles.
