In Berlin, the conflict between four Turkish and Kurdish criminal gangs that are fighting for control of the drug business is intensifying. According to the TC "Bild in Russian", we are talking about the ethnic organized criminal groups Daltons, Ezgins, Caspers and Sirinler.

In the German capital, car shootings, grenade attacks and business attacks are increasingly taking place. In 2025 alone, 515 shooting cases were recorded in Berlin.

The head of the German police Union, Manuel Ostermann, said that the level of violence continues to grow.

"Today these are no longer fights, but the open use of firearms and grenades," he said.

The representative of the police union, Benjamin Jendro, warned that the practice that originally appeared in Sweden, when young people are hired for attacks for money, could take root in Germany.

"If someone offers 1,000 euros to throw a grenade in the window, sooner or later someone will agree to do it," he added.

In response to the escalation, the Berlin police created special groups Ferrum and Telum. In three months, Ferrum opened 260 investigations and seized 18 combat pistols, ten traumatic and signal pistols, 50 knives, baseball bats and tasers.
