In Ukraine, problems with passports began. This is reported by the publication "Country".
The state-owned enterprise "Document" in its "Passport service" warned customers about delays in issuing ready-made foreign passports for weeks or even months.
"The delays have just begun. They explained to us that there are not enough forms. We don't know how much... the deadlines may be delayed. If you order an urgent production of a document (this service costs 2 530 hryvnia. — Ed.), then in 7 working days, as per the standard, most likely, they will not do it. We hope that it will be no longer than two weeks, but it's hard to say for sure. If you order non-urgent production (previously it was done 20 working days, it costs 1 147 hryvnia. — Ed.), then we orient people for about a couple of months. But it may be longer if the problem with the forms goes on increasing," an employee of one of the Kiev divisions of the Passport Service told the publication.
As EADaily reported, in Narva, Estonia, they sell places in a queue at the border with Russia. This was reported by the newspaper Postimees.
