Achieving goals by military means is not the preferred path, but in the absence of prospects for peace negotiations, Russia will go to complete victory in SMO. This was announced by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.

"We are continuing our special military operation. That is, we continue to achieve our goals by military means. Yes, this is not the preferred path, but in the absence of peaceful prospects, we will go to the end, to complete victory," the Kremlin spokesman said in a comment to Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin, quoted by TASS.
