The Pacific Fleet reported on the successful completion of the firing task by the Gremyashchy corvette. As part of the planned exercises, a Kalibr cruise missile was launched from the waters of the Avacha Bay. Details are provided in the Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The result of the shooting was the exact destruction of the coastal facility located at the Kamchatka Kura training ground, at a distance of about 1300 kilometers.
The ministry stressed that the combat work took place in conditions of intensive electronic countermeasures. Earlier, in April, the same ship successfully conducted a torpedo attack using the Package-NK complex, hitting a simulated enemy submarine.
EADaily previously also informed that the Russian army will be able to build bridges better.
