Zelensky said he knows how to destroy all Russian ballistic missiles. He said this in an interview with CNN.

According to him, in 2026 Ukraine received 2.5 times fewer interceptor missiles for air defense than in 2025. At the same time, Russia launches twice as many ballistic missiles monthly as before. This creates a critical imbalance, especially against the background of more frequent massive night attacks.

"If the US sells us 5%, we will survive the winter and save people's lives. If they can sell us 10%, we will destroy all Russian ballistic missiles," the head of the Kiev regime said.

He added that at the moment Ukraine has only 1% of the required volume.

Zelensky said that he personally, almost daily, is negotiating with allies to get additional missiles. This includes "millions of phone calls" and attempts to "exchange something for missiles." He also mentioned that he is taking certain steps that he cannot speak about publicly.

Disagreements remain in the US administration on this issue. President Donald Trump has expressed doubts about the feasibility of transferring large volumes of missiles, stating that the United States itself needs them.

Despite this, an agreement on monthly deliveries of interceptor missiles for Patriot was announced earlier, but Zelensky noted that these volumes would not be enough.

The possibility of granting Ukraine a license to manufacture missiles for Patriot is also being discussed, but the final decision has not yet been made, and this process is facing difficulties.
