Greece is ready to transfer C-300 missiles to Kiev only upon receipt of a full replacement. It is reported by the Ukrainian radio NV with reference to Forbes.
The Athens edition explains this condition by the tense security situation in the region and the need to contain Turkey. According to him, Greece would like to receive Patriot systems, but this is unlikely.
To this are added the deterioration of relations between Greece and Ukraine after the discovery of a naval drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of the country, as well as concerns about a negative reaction from the Kremlin. Moscow has already warned Athens that the transfer of the S-300 requires its permission.
It is noted that Greece is currently armed with air defense systems Tor, Osa, S-300 and others.
