"However, the citizens themselves claim that not all of them received a warning message about the start of the attack. Some reported that they had received another message, but with the cancellation of the warning," the article says.
In addition, the confusion was exacerbated by the publication by the Operational Security Center (RSB) of data on the cancellation of the air alert a couple of minutes after its announcement.
At the same time, alerts to phones were launched only after 20 minutes. The reason for all this confusion was tried to explain to journalists in the Polish Interior Ministry. They decided to blame everything on telecom operators.
"Perhaps some operators did not have time to send an SMS message about the threat, because information about the cancellation of the warning immediately came," the department suggested.
