"Russia has already submitted its proposals, we followed the referendum that President Tokayev held in Kazakhstan and received support in his plans for the development of nuclear energy. Rosatom is fully ready to provide its competencies in order to solve this issue with our Kazakhstani friends. We are ready to cooperate with the relevant agencies and structures of other states," Lavrov confirmed.
