According to him, after the occupation of Kherson on November 11, 2022, in the city center, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) created a filtration camp called "Mercury" (address: Kherson, Nikolaevskoe highway, 6).

"Under the guise of allegedly fighting with "collaborators", people were brought there with bags on their heads, locked in back rooms, where they were then beaten unconscious. At the same time, personal vehicles, expensive water boats, cash and business were taken away.

Also, under physical and psychological pressure, they were forced to give false testimony to people who did not work at all (at the time they were in the city RF Armed Forces. — EADaily). People were held for 8-10 days in cold and terrible unsanitary conditions. Food was given 1 loaf of bread for 5 people per day and 0.5 liters of water. After that, some were released, and others were taken away in an unknown direction. All the work was carried out by the SBU!" — writes Dmitruk.

Hundreds of people were tortured, some of them are alive and are in jail, he notes.
