Since Ukraine is not accepted into the North Atlantic Alliance, Ukraine must build NATO on its territory. This was stated in an interview with The Economist by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
"If Ukraine is not in NATO, then Ukraine will build NATO on its territory. Therefore, we need an army as numerous as the Russians have today. And for all this we need weapons and money. And we will ask the United States for this," Zelensky said.
He explained what NATO means.
"We don't need any armies in the world. We need our own army, but we need to double it... to be on par with the Russian army. What do we need? Money, and the troops need military equipment, etc. So if Europe is ready, it will be ready for its security. As I said, for their security, a comparable number of troops between Russia and The European Union. This means only one thing: if we need to double, Europe will help us with financing, and thus the United States will help us with some specific weapons: missiles, long-range missiles, Patriots," Zelensky explained.
